We love the food from Kebab palace. I would give 5 stars as It’s always delicious! I’m only giving 4 though as the restaurant could use some reorganisation. We usually order online and come 5 minutes after the suggested pick up time and end up waiting for another 15+ min in the queue just to collect the order that has been sitting aside.
Tonight our food was ready 25 minutes after pickup time. The food is worth the wait, but I wish they had a more efficient way of getting online orders out to people or a specific line/ window to pick them up from. Maybe a screen that shows what orders are ready?
Thanks for being our reliably delicious go to Saturday night takeaway though. Delicious food. Frustrating process.

The prices are surprisingly cheap. $18 for a meal.
Kebab order includes two dipping sauces, salad, rice and a Turkish bread.
There are plenty of parking spaces nearby.
Highly recommend this place.
The food is good but the staff is so rude I mean it couldn’t hurt to smile once in a while.
Good food. Could have been a bit better and quick.
Used to be our favorite spot but not anymore as last 4 visits the food all cold , tables not clean and food on the ground , the don’t care so my wife picked it under the table using tissues.
And the rice is half amount what we used to have , when I asked the staff why it’s 2 spoons amount looks like it , they said well you can order more , I was like pffff I know I can order as much I want , I mean the order I just placed now why have small amount rice and salad , they repeated the same thing ( order more )
I was recommending this place actually to my workmates and everyone But not any more.
