If I could, I would also put zero for the telephone service of m .... first of all, and then if you don't know very well that you need patience with customers, it's not the right job for you, .. third, study the Italian laws, also concerning minors, .. (YOU KNOW AND NEVER TOO LATE TO LEARN), and in the meantime I make myself a nice plate of Italian spaghetti which for me is the best there is.
