I am not an expert to validate the authenticity of the doner or gyros, but I liked the Grand Berlin Chicken Doner. It was alone more than a meal and tasted amazing. This is my first try with Doner. I felt the fries were a bit costlier comparatively. The service was quick and staff friendly.
Best authentic Doner kebab in Dubai, I've tasted Donner kebab from several places across the emirate but these guys have super tasty and authentic and one of the best Doners in the city, 5 Star rating must try don't be disappointed.
Just had an awful experience with delivery service.
I live in Mirdif, Dubai, ordered from Mirdif City centre branch through Zomato app. One of the items I ordered was falafel platter. It comes with tortilla bread which I didn't receive. It's not big deal but it is important part of the meal.
I called to restaurant and explained my issue. The guy who picked up the phone said that it is impossible because he packed my order himself and can not help me. So he called me a liar.
In 15 minutes he called me and said that delivery is on Zomato end so maybe there is a problem with delivery guy ♂️♂️.
It is unbelievable!
When the restaurant can't meet responsibility, accept a minor mistake and they blame all around it is a great gift for competitors ant the pain for owners.
By the way, food was great
Bought a doner meal from their branch in mirdif City centre, the meat tastes bad and wasn't grilled enough ,I don't know what was wrong with the taste was it for bad quality meat or other reason .
Good Gyro and nice salad, small portion though for the price
