I genuinely think that this is the best (chicken) kebab place in Edinburgh. I've been eating chicken kebabs like never before haha. Good price, food is always freshly prepared, takes a bit longer but it's worth the waiting. The staff is also friendly.
The Döner Kebab was pretty good. The bread was far too small for the filling though. Could've been packed better too... Overall: 4 stars. Recommended.
The food was delicious and I recommend you go there and enjoy the meal. The waiter was friendly and have good manners. However, the cashier ignored me twice when ordering and when asking to where I sit . I was able to leave and write a bad impression review, but I always be patient. 4/5 due to cashier, besides that all in all , the restaurant is worth to eat
Really wasn't impressed. Used to frequent this place in the late 80's and their doner kebabs were the best. Really don't know what they've done, whether it was the sauces or what but, there was one spice which was seriously unpleasant and, the meat and pitta bread was very dry. Won't be returning.
During a two day stay at Edinburgh we opted for Kebab Mahal on the first night. Impressed from the first visit we opted to end the trip away with another meal here. Prices very reasonable, service good and food excellent. Lose a star for deco.
