I got an online order from this restaurant and did not receive an item, so I called them as the online service suggested. I asked if they spoke English and this was the response before they hung up:

I was told over the phone that the minimum order value for where I live is € 5.90. So I ordered a Dürüm and a Cola. When he was there, he charged me € 12.90 because there was a "misunderstanding" on the phone and the minimum order value is now € 12.90. I go upstairs, open it and notice that everything has been cleaned up and not just the salad and cheese I ordered. Ridiculous rip-off, of course ... You only say 5.90 at first so that you then charge 12.90.
