I stood for a kebap by myself at the checkout at 20:30 17th December 2020, I wanted to buy a mega kebap in a bun with an extra portion of meat. So that's how no one comes to me, finally your lady, I think a Ukrainian, directed me to a self-service machine. So I went, and so I look and look for extra meat in a self service machine, give back, no. I ask you how to choose an additional chicken, she says in a broken accent that there is meat to choose from, and again I stand and look, in the meantime people served at the checkout without any problems, even the queue and I was first. I say that there is no meat to choose from in the self-service machine. Mrs. says, 'if you go to the checkout, I will tell my friend to serve you without queuing'. I waved my hand and went to McDonalds.

The kebs are really good, the service is awesome, Wojtek is a hero when he has a gastro.
Keep an eye on the employees while the order is being prepared - unfortunately, I didn't look at their hands. I ignore the fact that the ladies did not wear nose masks. When placing the order, I said: just a regular kebab, but instead of meat, I ask for haloumi. I received a roll smeared with cranberry sauce, a different sauce than I order, arugula, a DITCH OF Pekingese and literally half a slice of tomato! So far I have NEVER gotten anything like this in Berlin.
I'm sorry, but I won't buy anything from you anymore. The rest of the order was ok - everyone ate and I only ate haloumi ...
