The best falafel in the city.
The best falafel I've ever had, come to think of it & with very reasonable prices. I eat here two or three times a month. Perfect for lunch or dinner and the staff are great and very friendly - I once had a problem with ordering online; they apologised despite the situation not being their fault and even offered me free desserts with my meal for the next time.
A wonderful restaurant.
Their perfect standard is maintained whether eating in, ordering to go or ordering online.
If you visit in person, hot and sweet traditional tea is provided while you wait.
Great place, I recommend it. Neat neat and nice. Fast delivery. But above all, fresh food of very good quality. My falafel was very tasty and fresh with crispy fresh vegetables, well done pita and, rarely, the perfect amount of sauce - not too much or too little. I am really pleasantly surprised. I recommend. :)
Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs here. For two of us, a mezze of five bowls plus a grill plate was way too much. Mezze of five dishes would've been plenty. We underestimated the size of the mezze plates. Our favourites were the grilled corn, hummus with shawarma and the falafel. The accompanying flat bread was so good too, great chewiness, soft & fluffy, perfect with all the different types of food we had.
Delicious falafel and hummus! One of my favorite vegan places to eat. Great selection and usually very kind and fast service. I love that they have wooden spoons and knives, would love to see also them getting rid of the plastic cups and straws in which lemonade is served. One step at a time guys, you are on the right path :D
One minus is the lemonade they have, it is way too sweet and does not taste real (maybe it is real but it tastes more like syrup) and because of the sweetness it does not really make you not thirsty. Maybe I just had bad luck with that batch.
It's a perfect place not only for vegans! I used to be very skeptical about plant-based cuisine, believing that it was lackluster, of little fullness, and of insufficient value. Meanwhile, Mazaya Falafel is turning the world upside down! Today I am leaving this place royally hosted, which made me in a wonderful mood for the whole weekend! :) The place, apart from the pleasant service, is distinguished by authentic Syrian cuisine created with passion and I would not be surprised if it turned out to be taken out of the house. Note: Mazaya Falafel is addictive. ;) You can take a piece of it with you, as there is a well-stocked shop on site with high-quality products used in Middle Eastern cuisine: spices, harissa, basmanti rice, pita, jams. In Krakow, it's very hard to get the brilliant Moroccan spice mix, ras-el-hanout, and it turns out that it is at your fingertips. I highly recommend visiting Mazaya to everyone! :)
Awesome kebab I ate today in lisan kebab shop after longtime, prices are affordable for everyone, kebab are standard size good combinations with meat and fresh vegetables, I recommend every one should visit at least one time over there
Was looking for a proper lamb kebab and got exactly that: fresh, juicy, tasty and overall satisfying. The owner seems to run the place and knows what he’s doing. Will be visiting again when I’m in Krakow, highly recommended!
I gave this place 3 stars cause I had very high expectations but got a mediokre kebab for a high price. Went there few months ago and got the best kebab I've ever had. Well, it was just bad luck on the first try, but damn, do they have good food, I encourage you to give this place a try.
Ordered mixed meat set with chips and salad for takeaway. The food was delicious and a mild sauce in tub was great and a touch of vinaigrette on salad just spot on. Very clean place with friendly service. I've tried 3 other kebabs in the area an this one is the best so far. Highly recommended, keep up the good work!
I am driving very often in that area and see a lot of people at this place. So we stopped at Lav Kebab on Saturday to order few meals. It was one of the best street food I’ve ever had! Now I understand all those people who are staying there waiting for their meals each time I drive there. They serve super delicious food at this place. Yes place doesn’t look good from outside but food is amazing. Totally recommend!
Fast, tasty and cheap
I really always enjoy the Beef Kebab in Arabic bread.
But I especially like those AMIR makes. (I hope I got the name right)
He holds a cheerful yet friendly conversation with the customers, and knows how to make the kebab just right.
I would definitely repeat the Kebab!
Finally, a decent kebab in Krakow. It's been 7 years of failed attempts, these guys have nailed it. For once, its not the cheapest spicy sauce from makro, the bread is not the thinnest stuff you find in Carrefour and the chicken is the decent cuts.
