I sincerely advise against ordering food in this place with delivery.
I waited for over 2 hours, and I ordered half an hour after opening, with the thought that they would easily deliver within an hour,
because the delivery address is less than 2 km from the premises.
There is no possibility of communicating in Polish or English over the phone, only after some time a Polish woman called from another number and assured that the delivery would be within 15-20 minutes, and from that moment I waited another 50 minutes, when I got a call from the supplier that THE FIRST His delivery was to Skotniki and he would be with me in 20 minutes! Now it was on time, it took 2h 40min. A disastrous organization.
I don't know how you can charge extra money for a delivery when the customer has to wait that long for it.
Regarding the food ... The big box arrived cold. Cold fries - a disaster, reheating in the microwave will not help. Cold meat - reheated in the microwave was still edible, but it was too seasoned for me. Only vegetables were poured over the sauce. Quantitatively OK, you can eat it.
After the whole adventure, I give two stars for the fact that the meat, after heating it up in a microwave, is still edible. However, I do not recommend anyone ordering here with delivery.
Very good kebab, big in tortilla for me too big, small just right. Super nice owner. Regards and recommend :)
Overall, I am happy because I was hungry and I wanted something warm. The kebab in the tortilla is certainly large and there is no shortage of meat in it. As for the taste, the whole thing leaves something to be desired, the sauce you would have medium - spicy was mild with a spicy aftertaste.
