Went here for coffee and cake - it was great.
I then ordered a takeaway from them on Sunday evening - it was very bad.
The mussaka was an under-cooked eggplant in a watery tomato sauce.
The tabbuleh was wet and not fresh tasting.
Very disappointed.
They forgot about my order, insted of 20min (which they said it will take), they prepared my food after 1 hour.

It's a perfect place not only for vegans! I used to be very skeptical about plant-based cuisine, believing that it was lackluster, of little fullness, and of insufficient value. Meanwhile, Mazaya Falafel is turning the world upside down! Today I am leaving this place royally hosted, which made me in a wonderful mood for the whole weekend! :) The place, apart from the pleasant service, is distinguished by authentic Syrian cuisine created with passion and I would not be surprised if it turned out to be taken out of the house. Note: Mazaya Falafel is addictive. ;) You can take a piece of it with you, as there is a well-stocked shop on site with high-quality products used in Middle Eastern cuisine: spices, harissa, basmanti rice, pita, jams. In Krakow, it's very hard to get the brilliant Moroccan spice mix, ras-el-hanout, and it turns out that it is at your fingertips. I highly recommend visiting Mazaya to everyone! :)
