Came up to Liverpool for the weekend for the boyfriends birthday. Booked up this restaurant and it was sooo much better than it looks. The service was on point, food was banging and the cocktails were so nice! The restaurant had such a good vibe! :) definitely recommend
Came here last New Year and it brings back memories of a happier time. The food was incredible, the prices incredibly fair for what we bought. It was a little busy being New Year's Eve so don't expect that all year round, the staff are quick and the place is huge so you shouldn't have any trouble. Other than a debate with my Chinese friends about if Turkish or Chinese rice was better, we all agreed it was great. Portion sizes were massive too! Overall amazing, definitely come here if you get the chance!
Booked for the Sunday lunch early bird special. Service was good, choices on the menu were excellent and very varied. The food was great, very fresh and very tasty. The portions were ideal for lunch, not too big and we didn't feel absolutely stuffed afterwards, just satisfied. We're looking forward to returning soon.
Used to come here after a night out and it's been ten years since my last visit. Had a really decent large lamb shish kebab. Loads of meat, salad with plenty of sauces, I actually couldn't finish it and the red salt on the chips was great too. Only complaint is the bread, it's either pitta or a tortilla style wrap, for this kind of price I want a decent fresh flatbread or naan.
We had the most delicious lunch to take away from here yesterday. Soup and half a sandwich, and honestly hand on heart, it was the best sandwich I've had (veggie sausage and caramelised onion). Even the bread was amazing! The coffe was great too! Lots of choice, great veggie options and the cakes looked to die for (I'm on a diet but planning a return trip on treat day). Finally the staff were super lovely and it really was service with a smile which is so needed in the current climate.
Lovely brunch cafe, not your typical greasy spoons breky! The staff were all very polite, friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait very long to be served or asked if we would like any extra drinks. The food was very tasty and exactly what I needed, with a verity of meals on the menu as well as drinks. I'd definitely recommend and return.
I'm from Canada Originally where you get a thing called a Donair, outside of the Donar you get here. Difference is the Donair has so much more spice and flavour built in.
i've been here around 5 times now and every time I get the donar, and it is the best donar i've found in the UK. Full of flavar and reminds me of the Donairs from home.
If I had the funds, granted i'm a student in uni. I would go here every day, and I would never get tired of the donar. But outside of the food, the main man is an amazing guy, sadly I don't know his name. But he makes you feel so welcome in there.
Honestly even sober this Kebab shop is well worth the visit, i'll miss it and maybe even travel up to Liverpool for it once uni ends for the year.
After three visits this year my expectations have never failed to be met. This local, independent restaurant offers fresh, authentic produce throughout lunch and evening hours. An intimate, happy atmosphere is always present and the knowledgeable staff are always ready to help. Couldn’t recommend enough! Just been for the first visit to this small intimate restaurant. Every dish of every course produced fresh flavours and experiences. Definitely be visiting again and again

And the side of coleslaw they make in dip for meal ore ketchup like a souse dip and is 90p to eat a coleslaw in 1 souse dip I no gonna order never never never
This is my favourite takeaway (kebab edition) on Smithdown. Yes I know Friends is excellent and their special naan is so good it should cost twice as much, but Basha do mezze!! And cheese parcels! And hummus! The mixed grill is massive, delivery is quick, and it’s really good value for money.
I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how the service is always awesome and they keep the spot neat all the time. Pricing is convenient and they serve generous portions.

We already went to other Doner kebab restaurants but this one is absolutely amazing! Everything is great, food, customer service, specially Monika, she is very kind and polite! I will come back for sure! ♥️♥️

The meals are yummy and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we enjoy a delightful time. I recommend this place with pleasure.
