Really disappointed with the service that we received tonight. We use Friends a lot, and have recommended it to many.
When collecting the order, it seemed that the food was left on the side, and that the chips were added at the last minute, meaning that the kebabs were cold and the chips were hot.
When collecting, you normally get an order number. This was not the case tonight.
When calling to remark my concerns, I simply was told it was busy and that food gets cold. We live 1.3miles away and never is cold. So sorry to see and hear that loyalty has no impact.
20 minutes wasted stating my genuine concerns...again... loyalty is not valued.

Just had one arrive via Uber eats and its proper cold
Outstanding kebabs. Never had bad food and to top that off staff are really pleasant.
