PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM MOODS KEBAB!!
I am an expat from USA in Lublin. I have tried almost all restaurants here and Moods Kebab is the absolute worse! I have been working in the customer service field for a long time and this restaurant has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered.
It started when the manager gave me the wrong order. When I told him that this is not what I ordered, he began fighting with me saying that it was what I ordered. He argued with me so much that I had to leave the restaurant. He DID NOT even give my money back and did not even give me the food!!
Today I decided to give them a second chance and placed an order online. He canceled my order right away and when I called the restaurant, he kept ignoring my calls!! There are much much muchhh better kebab places in Lublin.
Please do not give this man your business! Someone who doesn't know how to respect the customers does NOT deserve a single penny. He is a crook!! I will make sure all of Lublin is aware of this business and its disgusting customer service.
Fresh meat good taste.
Great service, I highly recommend the Falafel as it's done fresh to each order. Definitely the best Falafel sandwich in Lublin.
