They do not use the masks correctly, you always have them down and they treat you with it incorrectly placed. Lack of hygiene, without washing their hands, they handle money, prepare food for you, etc., they do not comply with the health regulations, just as people enter without masks without saying anything. Food is fine, but hygienic measures leave much to be desired and more with the pandemic.
My friend and I entered because we had to eat something quick and with the place empty, with three people there doing nothing, it took us two kebab in pita bread ... 20min! And I am not exaggerating. To make matters worse, they made us cold and the bread was not of the day, because when I wanted to take mine, all the bread broke and the meat fell.
Of the last 7 times we have called, 6 have taken between 1.30h and 2.00h to arrive
I have asked three times:
First time: the phone is picked up by a person who does not understand Spanish, half an hour to place the order, my surprise when he comes home is that nothing comes as I ask.
Second time: the phone is picked up by a person who understands Spanish, everything is perfect and as I requested, perfect.
Third time: as soon as I pick up the phone, he says wait for a second and he has me waiting for 5 minutes on the line, again the person who doesn't understand Spanish comes back to pick up the phone, when they are coming to bring me the order home they have me I have to call back to ask about the street because the person who picked up the phone had not even pointed it out well, I ask for a complete roll and a beef only pita, I get both with only veal, not a drop of sauce, imagine To swallow that without a pinch of sauce !!
Sorry I will not ask again, and see that the food is good but I like things to arrive as I ask, you have to give second chances but of 3 only 1 well, there is a lot of showarma competition and for the next try to another place !!!
