It's 2am, I need pub food, this place does a slick pizza, kebab, and tasty fried dishes, along with Italian options. The owner is always smiling, like an uncle, and the locale is really inviting.
Open late for after a night out to chill, grab food and some shishas. Owner and what I believe is his son are nice and give good service
High priced and food isn't that tasty. Kebabs tasted like cardboard. The good thing is they are open very late. If some improvement can be had this would be a really awesome place to goto.

Staff is rude. No proper customer service.

Very very very bad customer service. I think they don't even understand the concept of customer or being polite to others.
I am not talking about just one rude person there but multiple of them.

They messed up my order Thu 28 Jan 2021 so I had to reorder it. Over an hour later, the second order was never delivered.
I called and asked to speak to the manager about it and the staff member said he was busy with other customers and hung up on me. I called back and the guy said it wasn't his problem. Nice customer service Ali's Pizzeria. Thanks for nothing.
