Bit of a story, so hang in there...
Not a local, so just driving past on princess highway, the stomach in charge of decisions due to an unintended fast.
Spotted a free parking spot in front, decided to stop. Good customer service, I notice walk ins all being greeted and orders taken swiftly, including myself.
I've put away many kebabs in my time, but now it's a guilty pleasure which happens infrequently. I spot the "lamb" kebab on the board and decide to roll with it since it's not very common.
The man behind the kebab is attending to it with his mini sword, rather than the electric version, sign of experience. He looks like he's put away a few kebabs in himself which is reassuring.
I receive my order. First impressions are good. It feels solid with decent weight, so you know it's got substance. I can notice the heat, its proper hot, not just luke warm, a great start...
I dive in. The kebab is delivers. Tasty, not overly salty. The wrap isn't the Lebanese bread, but a proper wrap, crisp with proper burnt spots throughout. Decent amount of sauce, without being overly runny. The whole kit doesn't last me long, and halfway through I'm already thinking about getting another one, definitely a 5 star beast.
Well done to management, the place looks clean and tables are cleared swiftly.

I use to go every week when I lived in Hurstville. Just around the area today and decided to drop by, boy O boy I can't even describe how satisfied I was! Not only I'm smiling with the taste and serving portion but the nostalgia of the good old days. For 30yrs+ Brother's has being serving the most amazing food. If you are in Banksia or near by, you will be silly to give Brother's kebab a miss!
