The food never disappoints for the type of cuisine it is, and we have been going there for years. It's interior is pretty ordinary. Good for families of all ages.
Great to visit for yummy Turkish pides and kebabs. If you are lucky you might catch a belly- dancing performance on some nights, mostly on weekends after 8pm I believe.
The place you want to be and the vibes you want to feel on a Friday/Saturday night! The food is amazing! I'm not even joking, try it for yourself. Service is awesome too, owner came and said hi to us and one of the waiters apologised because we had to wait a while for our food even though it was a Friday night. The Turkish coffee was delicious, too. I hadn't had one in a while so that may have been part of the reason, but it was truly authentic Turkish coffee and I appreciate that in itself. The belly dancer was brilliant! She really brought that oomph to the night and interacted with customers soooo well. 5 stars from me for the service, food, coffee and vibe!
This restaurant has become a weekly habit for me and my partner. Don't let the kebab shop front fool you. This will be the best meal you have in a long time. They never fail and the food always seems so fresh. You must try the dips with bread. The dips are amazing and the bread is straight out of the oven. The Iskender is fantastic, and you can't go wrong with any of the grills.
Affordable tasty authentic Turkish food.
By far the best Turkish restaurant in Sydney. And I can assure you that they have the best humus I have ever tried. Highly recommended
