Avoid. Burnt inedible food. Extremely rude staff. I'd rate it zero if reveiwing allowed it. Ordered doner meat and chips as a quick meal, which took over 10 minutes for something that should have taken two. What we ended up with was beyond inedible. Old fatty meat, burnt chips and extremely rude staff that wouldnt let us leave without paying full price for food we didnt eat.
Hidden gem in Venice for those on a budget. It's a tiny shop with only a few chairs so better for takeout. They serve some Italian food like pizza but you can also get some more Middle Eastern food like kebabs. I got a falafel pita which was tasty and quite filling, especially given the price.
Food is good, but the guys working there, were, I quote "not wanting to joke today, just work". THEN BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS AND SERVE THEM WHAT THEY ORDERED? Plus, we were told that we could pay card, then the guy changed his mind after cooking half of our order (what happened to the other half, god knows...).
Cheap delicious, people there were so cool with me. I only speak spanish. So gentle.
Very rude. So rude that when I walked away I threw away the sandwich. Their wall has a sign in Arabic and a big chicken shawarma rotisserie. So I asked if they spoke any Arabic when I came in. He, and the other man, were so offended that they sneared at me and then wouldn't make eye contact or talk to me after taking my order. While making the sandwich he took it away from my view, which was unnecessary and suspicious for serving food. He slammed the receipt on the counter to show me how much I owed. I won't eat something from someone that rude and I didn't feel safe doing so. If they have such emotional problems about Arabic then they shouldn't have an Arabic sign in their shop. I know there is a huge difference between India and the Middle East. Duh. They need to work out their personal problems when working in a big tourist town like Venice.
