Apointments mean 1-2 hours additional wait time. Sometimes even 4.. Quality of specialists is quite low. Bribe is still a normal thing. Over all feel of the establishment is about 30~ years back. There are better and more qualified specialists in Vilnius.

Great service, and good online booking system. This is so far the best example of how well the public GP office can perform.

This is place is Soviet era garbage. Either bring a bribe or know someone.
