I am quite demanding when it comes to kebabs and I can safely say that you are quite delicious. First of all, you can taste that the meat is of much better quality than the vast majority of it
kebab factories in Wrocław, where the meat is called beef (or even better: beef and mutton), but in fact you get a suspiciously smelling luncheon meat from no one knows what. Of course, it is not also artisanal meat, but both beef and chicken are really ok. Together with the bun, sauces and vegetables, it fits into a coherent whole and I will certainly be happy to visit you. It could only use some more variety when it comes to vegetables: onions or cucumbers, but this is your concept of kebabs, which I will be happy to buy anyway :) I wish you good luck because there are no such places in Wrocław!
Tempted by very good opinions, I came here to check the kebabs. Ordered in a roll with mixed meat. A portion in a large bun is a decent clog. Beef / mutton meat can be felt specifically for this animal. The chicken was also good, although it had a strange consistency, as if rubbery or stringy. Both meats are well done. Vegetables fine too, you could put more onions in rings to make it more like a real kebab in terms of ingredients. The only thing I would change is a roll first. It has a sweet aftertaste, you can see at first glance as if it was from a communal church fair. I recommend half-round kebab rolls that they use in Germany. And the second thing about the preparation of the bun: it is served medium-baked, very fluffy, so that the sauce soaks into the bun and makes a cake. At the very end of eating the kebab, everything starts to swim and I have already thrown the tip into the bin, unfortunately. Also a question what did the roasted onion in a kebab do, but it's probably more of a fusion type kebab. To sum up, it gives a strong 3 *, but please change the roll to a normal one, as it should be and stick to the ingredients that should contain a kebab, e.g. German. I would love to come here for the second time to eat and see if anything has improved.
Kebson dobry. Ale ostatnio zamykają się za wcześnie. Nie raz chciałem sobie przyjechać na kebsona a tu zamknięte Jeśli tak dalej będzie dłużej nie pociągniecie. Już pare razy się na was zawiodłem.
For 13.5 kebabs with 1/8 of a bun, at least a ridiculous size. I recommend it to people who are on a diet - you are as hungry after eating as you were before.
Unfortunately, this is not the best kebab. Poultry tasteless beef a little better.
